Ever since Randy Falco became the CEO, several senior officials at AOL have
either left or are planning to leave. Reason? Perhaps, abrupt change of
control. According to the officials there, Falco's appointment indicates
that AOL shall be sold off next year. Also they believe that Falco does not
have any intention of focussing on developing new products or even becoming
a software kind of CEO

It's a thoroughly corrupt and bigotted organization.

That's why nothing it does make any sense except to serve itself.
