Problem with Message Boards?

Are Message Boards not working? Every time I go to a Message Board, I
get the same error. I start at this AOL People Connection Page:

http://peopleconnection.aol.com/messageboards

Then I select Sports:

http://messageboards.aol.com/aol/en_us/boards.php?boardId=149619&func...

Here's the error I get:

This product is not currently available. Please try again later.

http://messageboards.aol.com/aol/en_us/error.php?ui_rc=10

It doesn't matter which Message Board I select, I get the same error.
Are Message Boards limited to true AOL members? I have an AIM
profile, and at one time, I was able to access Message Boards on many
different topics, but not more.

What am I doing wrong? I have Win XP SP 2, and I get the same error
using MSIE6 or Firefox 2

When I logged out of my AIM screen name, and created an AOL screen
name, I am able to access the message boards.
